Hi all I went for a running session today when I met a lady about 50 years of age and we had a laughter session together but after 20 minutes of running and session included my breaths lost their way and I was gasping heavily(by the way my age is in 20s) and the lady had her laughter session on me saying," Dear, see my age and compare yours, I am more than your double age still you are gasping and I am all fine" And Serioulsy I felt embarrassed but story continued till she told me her secrets of healthy and fit body which I want to share with you folks too.
